Floral Reserve Restaurant

Dawn Blossom, founded in 2016, uniquely combines a restaurant with a flower boutique, reflecting the owner’s passion for a slower, vintage-inspired lifestyle. With extensive experience running boutique flower shops abroad, the owner sought to create a space that contrasts with today’s fast-paced world. We repositioned the brand and translated its essence into a warm, memory-making environment.

The project involved transforming a 1980s concrete building facing a quiet courtyard into a retro-style European boutique. The exterior was redesigned with an inset entrance and display windows, while the interior drew inspiration from 19th-century Victorian architecture, complemented by late 18th-century Neoclassical and Rococo aesthetics.

The space seamlessly integrates the functions of a flower shop and restaurant, including a bar area and banquet seating, blending simplified architectural lines with elegant, ornate furnishings to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.
